"I was Kathleen's client in several hypnotherapy sessions. She is a very nurturing and patient healer. Upon my first session, I immediately noticed the warmth and comfort of her session space. She knew I had never been to a hypnotherapy session before, and took extra care to explain the process in detail. I had had several vivid dreams in the recent past. Using her dream interpretation technique, she helped me analyze the important aspects of the dreams, and lead me to derive a deeper understanding of the message from the dreams. I was able to gain valuable insights into what my sub-conscious mind was trying to tell me. Her questions and directions during my hypnotic state made me go to depths and corners of my sub-conscious mind I would never have been able to by myself.
We also did a past life regression. I used to have strong intuitive feelings about one particular past life of mine. She lead me down the path to explore this particular past life - it confirmed my intuition, and gave me a new perspective into my current life.
