ONLINE / VIRTUAL / REMOTE SESSIONS


Effectiveness: Online VS. In-person

  • Clients often feel more relaxed and less stressed at the start of a session when participating from home. This enhanced comfort helps them more easily achieve a deeply relaxed state, facilitating deeper access to the subconscious mind.

    The ability to do intensive, transformative work from the comfort of their own home fosters a sense of ease and support in their familiar environment.

    While the choice between online and in-person sessions is a personal preference, the unique advantage of online sessions is that they often create a space for genuine emotional release in an authentic and safe setting. description

  • With over a decade of experience in hypnotherapy, I’ve found that clients achieve the same level of success in virtual sessions as they do in person.

    I began using Skype 10 years ago to connect with clients worldwide and quickly realized that their experiences and outcomes were comparable to those of my in-person clients. As I shared these findings, many of my clients opted to transition to virtual sessions.

    Today, the majority of my sessions are conducted online, primarily via Zoom, offering flexibility and accessibility without compromising results.


Prepare for your session:

  • Zoom: Sessions are conducted via Zoom (audio and video). Connect using the link provided in your appointment email.

  • Headset: It is preferred and highly recommended to use a headset.

  • Laptop/Tablet: Join Zoom via a laptop/tablet with your handsfree device. 

  • WiFi: Please ensure you have a solid WiFi or data connection prior to your appointment to help avoid technology glitches and ensure a productive virtual session.

  • DND: Turn off all electronic devices during the session and put your device/devices on DO NOT DISTURB and silent mode, not vibrate.

  • Privacy: Children and other adults should not be present during a session. Notify household members you will be in session and request the need for privacy and quiet.

  • Pets: Pets are ok as long as you won’t be disturbed during your session.

  • Your Space: Find a comfortable place in your home: either a couch, recliner or bed.

  • For extra comfort: Feel free to have/utilize extra pillows, blankets, and/or eye/sleeping mask.
